What it does

Quickly replies to your website form submissions via email, qualifies leads based on their answers, and escalates them to you when needed.

How it works

After a designated form is submitted on your website, the agent (your Inquiry Qualifier) gets notified to engage with the submitter via email to try to qualify them and understand the scope of their inquiry. This means that you do not need to take any manual action on the initial inquiries you receive; this will be fully managed by the Inquiry Qualifier. By default, this agent is active 24/7; however, this can be updated from your agent preferences.

You can monitor this process from the Revscale platform within the Inquiry Qualifier tab as well as the CRM tab.

Throughout this process, there will be several status categories to be aware of:

Not Contacted – This lead arrived outside your agent's active hours and was never contacted. You can follow up directly.
In Progress – Agent is reaching out now. The agent is actively working to qualify the inquiry.
Qualified – The agent has qualified the inquiry and passed it along to you. This info has also been sent back to Gorilla Dash (If applicable).
Partial Info – The agent collected some answers but not al

Connecting/Reconnecting: Links your email to allow the agent to send messages.
Disconnecting: Stops automated engagement tied to that specific integration.
Switching: Updates the email account used by the Agent, future engagement will be routed through the newly switched account .

Web Pixel Agent

Navigate to the Web Pixel tab in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Email Account section in the Dashboard, or click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
Select Connect, Switch, Reconnect, or Disconnect Account depending on your current status to update your email settings.
If your email was disconnected and you received a notification, you can reconnect the same email address at any time to resume your agent's activity.

When a visitor submits the “Get a Quote” form on your website, the submission is sent to Gorilla Dash as an Inquiry. At this point, it is not attributed to Revscale. The Inquiry Qualifier is then notified to reach out to the submitter via email and begin qualifying the inquiry. You do not need to take any manual action at this stage—the agent fully manages the initial outreach and qualification attempt. You can monitor this activity within the Inquiry Qualifier tab or the CRM tab in Revscale, or view a high-level summary of activity in Gorilla Dash.

Inquiry Statuses

You will see inquiries categorized in the following ways:

1. Start the Connection

You can reconnect LinkedIn in either of the following ways:
