Auto-Reply Setup Guide

1. Define Your Core Use Case
- Identify the primary objective of the auto-reply (e.g., booking a meeting, providing company details, sharing a location).
- If multiple use cases are relevant, include each in the instructions.
- Clearly outline the purpose so replies are appropriately triggered.
2. Include Relevant Links
- If links should be included in auto-replies, define them as key-value pairs.
- Use lowercase with underscores for keys (e.g.,
booking_link,company_info_link). - Reference each link in your message templates using double curly brackets, like this:
{{booking_link}}.
3. Keep Replies Clear, Concise, and Generalized
- Avoid long or robotic messages.
- Write replies that are direct and easy to understand.
- If leads are likely to ask about your company or product, proactively include that context in the prompt.
- Use generalized instructions to maximize engagement.
Example:
If a lead expresses interest in a meeting, reply with a thoughtful message and include the booking link.
4. Limit Unnecessary Replies
- Set filters or logic to ignore replies that don’t meet your engagement criteria.
- Avoid responding to vague or low-signal messages (e.g., “okay,” “thanks,” or empty replies).
