How do I access billing information in the Client Portal?

Managing your subscription and billing details is simple and can be done directly through your Client Portal. Just follow the steps below:



Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to your Client Portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
  3. Click on your profile icon.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select “Billing.”


This will open the Billing tab where you can view and manage all payment-related information.


What You Can Do in the Billing Tab

Inside the Billing section, you will be able to:

  • View and download past invoices
  • Manage your current subscription plan
  • Update your payment method
  • Review upcoming billing dates
  • Update your subscription
