How do I access billing information in the Client Portal?
Managing your subscription and billing details is simple and can be done directly through your Client Portal. Just follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to your Client Portal using your credentials.
- Navigate to the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
- Click on your profile icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select “Billing.”
This will open the Billing tab where you can view and manage all payment-related information.

Inside the Billing section, you will be able to:
- View and download past invoices
- Manage your current subscription plan
- Update your payment method
- Review upcoming billing dates
