How do I change the email used for the Inquiry Qualifier agent?

Overview


If you need to update the email address used for your Inquiry Qualifier/Inbound Agent (for example, switching from one account to another), you can do so directly from your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.


Steps to Update Your Email

  1. Log in to your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, open the Inquiry Qualifier dashboard.
  3. In the upper-right corner, select the Preferences tab.
  4. Click Unlink next to the current connected email account.
  5. Once unlinked, select Connect Email Account and sign in with your preferred email address.


Confirmation

After reconnecting, all automated responses sent by your Inquiry Qualifier agent will come from the newly connected email.
