How to Enable Notifications across the Revscale Agent Suite

The Web Pixel Agent identifies and interacts with anonymous visitors on your website—turning hidden traffic into actionable insights. Follow the steps below to enable activity notifications and performance reports.

  1. Head to the 'Preferences' tab of the Web Pixel dashboard.
  2. Toggle on 'Email Reports' to get email notifications about your web visitor activity and reports.
  3. Enter your preferred email for notifications.
  4. Select 'Save' in the upper-right corner of the screen.


Inquiry Qualifier

The Inquiry Qualifier Agent instantly engages and qualifies new website inquiries, ensuring no lead goes unanswered. The steps below outline how to automatically CC a contact on all agent-led email conversations.

  1. Head to the 'Preferences' tab of the Inquiry Qualifier dashboard.
  2. Enable CC On All Emails, that way once the agent communicates to Lead Form submissions, the entered email will be CC'd on all communications.
  3. Enter the preferred email to loop in on all conversations.
  4. Select 'Save'.
