How to Reconnect Your LinkedIn Account in the Legacy Revscale Portal
If your LinkedIn account becomes disconnected, you can reconnect it in just a few steps directly inside the Revscale platform.
You may need to reconnect LinkedIn if:
- You see a large red “Connect” button in the platform
- Your LinkedIn bubble is not green
- Your LinkedIn session expired or your credentials changed
1. Start the Connection
You can reconnect LinkedIn in either of the following ways:
- Click the large red “Connect” button (if visible), or
- Click the LinkedIn bubble icon in the platform
2. Select “Connect”
- In the LinkedIn section, click Connect
- Enter your LinkedIn login credentials
3. Choose Your Location
- Select your Country
- Select your Region
- If your exact region is not listed, choose the closest geographically
4. Complete Two-Factor Authentication
- Enter the two-factor verification code sent by LinkedIn
This code may be sent to:
- Your LinkedIn app
- Your phone number
- Your email
- Click Submit
5. Confirm Successful Connection
Once verified:
- Your LinkedIn bubble will turn green
- If you use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the Sales Navigator bubble will also turn green once connected
This confirms your LinkedIn account is fully reconnected and ready to use inside Revscale.
