Integrating Revscale CRM with HubSpot

You can easily integrate Revscale CRM with HubSpot using webhooks to automatically sync your lead data. This guide will walk you through setting up a HubSpot workflow to receive data from RevScale and configuring your RevScale CRM to send data to HubSpot.

Part 1: Setting Up Your HubSpot Webhook

First, you'll need to create a workflow in HubSpot to generate the webhook URL that RevScale will send data to.

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to Automation > Workflows.
  2. Click Create workflow in the top right corner.
  3. Choose to start from scratch and select a Contact-based workflow.
  4. Set an enrollment trigger for the workflow. A common trigger is when a specific contact property is updated or when a form is submitted.
  5. After setting the trigger, add a new action by clicking the plus icon (+).
  6. Search for and select the Send a webhook action.
  7. Choose POST as the method. HubSpot will automatically generate a unique webhook URL for you. Copy this URL. This is the URL you will paste into your RevScale CRM.
  8. Configure the webhook data. You can send contact properties from HubSpot, but for this integration, you'll be receiving data from RevScale. You can use the webhook's data in subsequent actions within your HubSpot workflow, such as creating a new contact or updating a property.

Part 2: Configuring Revscale CRM

Once you have your HubSpot webhook URL, you can configure RevScale to send real-time lead data to it.

  1. Log in to your Revscale CRM account.
  2. Navigate to the Board section, which shows your leads in different stages.
  3. Click on the Configure tab in the top right corner (represented by a gear icon or similar).
  4. Locate the Webhook input field. It will look like this:
  5. Paste the HubSpot webhook URL you copied earlier into the input field.
  6. Click Save.

Now, whenever a lead's status is updated or a new lead is added in Revscale, the details of that lead will be sent to the HubSpot webhook URL, allowing you to use that data within your HubSpot workflows.
