Outbound Agent: Best Practices
This guide complements the Outbound Agent Refresher video and helps you navigate the Revscale Outreach Portal, covering your roles, responsibilities, and key features.
Step 1: Understanding the Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard Tab is the first page you see upon logging into your outreach portal. It provides a comprehensive view of your metrics:
Key Metrics:
- Number of profiles viewed by AI on your behalf.
- Invitations sent on your behalf.
- Connection acceptances and other activities.
Activity Graphs:
- Visualize peaks and troughs in campaign activities.
- Scroll down for more detailed metrics and insights.
Step 2: Navigating the Inbox Tab
The Inbox Tab is where you’ll handle incoming replies. Here are some key actions:
Responding to Replies:
- Prioritize responding within the Revscale portal to ensure proper labeling and tracking.
Using Labels for Organization:
- Add labels (e.g., "Interested," "Good Fit") to conversations for better optimization and organization.
To add a label:
- Click on the tag icon next to a conversation.
- Select or create a label.
Labeling conversations trains the AI to match your ICP like a pro!
Step 3: Creating and Using Templates
Save time by using or creating message templates:
Using Existing Templates:
- When replying, click Select Template to choose a pre-saved response.
If you find yourself typing the same message more than twice, create a template.
Creating New Templates:
- Navigate to the Templates Tab.
- Open the Saved Responses section.
- Click the "+" button to add a new template.
- Preview and save your template for future use.
Step 4: Managing Global Blacklist
Ensure compliance and control by managing your Global Blacklist:
Navigate to Global Limits Tab:
- Click on the Global Limits Tab in the menu bar.
Access the Blacklist Section:
- Open the Global Blacklist Tab.
Add to the Blacklist:
- Click Add to Blacklist and enter details (e.g., LinkedIn profile, company name).
- Save changes and confirm updates via the checkbox.
