Updating Email Accounts in the Revscale Inbound Bundle

This guide outlines the quick and simple steps to connect, disconnect, reconnect, or switch email accounts for each Revscale Agent.

  • Connecting/Reconnecting: Links your email to allow the agent to send messages.
  • Disconnecting: Stops automated engagement tied to that specific integration.
  • Switching: Updates the email account used by the Agent, future engagement will be routed through the newly switched account .



Web Pixel Agent
  1. Navigate to the Web Pixel tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the Email Account section in the Dashboard, or click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Connect, Switch, Reconnect, or Disconnect Account depending on your current status to update your email settings.
  4. If your email was disconnected and you received a notification, you can reconnect the same email address at any time to resume your agent's activity.


Inquiry Qualifier/Lead Qualifier/Inbound Agent
  1. Navigate to the Inquiry Qualifier tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the Email Account section in the Dashboard, or click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
  3. Depending on your current connection status, select Connect, Disconnect Account, or Switch Account to manage your email settings.
  4. If your email was disconnected and you received a notification, you can reconnect the same email address at any time to resume your agent's activity.


SignBot
  1. Navigate to the SignBot tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Under Notifications, add or update the email address where alerts should be sent.


SignBot does not require an email account connection to function. Instead, you can configure an email notification address to receive alerts whenever your chatbot engages with a strong potential customer.
