Updating Email Accounts in the Revscale Portal

This guide outlines the quick and simple steps to disconnect email accounts from each Revscale Agent. Disconnecting an account stops automated engagement tied to that integration.



Web Pixel Agent
  1. Navigate to the Web Pixel tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
  4. Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.


Inquiry Qualifier Agent
  1. Navigate to the Inquiry Qualifier tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
  4. Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.


SignBot
  1. Navigate to the SignBot tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Under Notifications, add or update the email address where alerts should be sent.


SignBot does not require an email account connection to function. Instead, you can configure an email notification address to receive alerts whenever your chatbot engages with a strong potential customer.
