Updating Email Accounts in the Revscale Portal
This guide outlines the quick and simple steps to disconnect email accounts from each Revscale Agent. Disconnecting an account stops automated engagement tied to that integration.
Web Pixel Agent
- Navigate to the Web Pixel tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
- Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
- Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.
Inquiry Qualifier Agent
- Navigate to the Inquiry Qualifier tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
- Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
- Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.
SignBot
- Navigate to the SignBot tab in the left-hand menu.
- Under Notifications, add or update the email address where alerts should be sent.
