This setup automatically sends leads from Revscale CRM → Keapusing Zapier as the bridge. Revscale captures a lead → sends it to a Zapier webhook → Zapier processes it → Keap creates or updates the contact.
Step 1: Create the Zap in Zapier
Click Create Zap
Select Webhooks by Zapier [HTTPS POST request]
Choose Catch Hook
Continue and copy the generated webhook URL
This URL is where Revscale will send lead data.
Step 2: Add the Webhook to Revscale
Go to CRM → Configure
Paste the webhook URL into the Webhook field
Click Save
Once saved, Revscale will start sending lead data to Zapier whenever a lead event occurs.
Step 3: Send a Test Lead
To allow Zapier to recognize incoming data fields:
In Zapier, click Test Trigger
Create a new lead (or update an existing one) in the Revscale CRM
Confirm a sample record is received
This step is important for proper field mapping later.
Step 4: Set Keap as the Action
Add an Action step in Zapier
Select Keap
Choose Create or Update Contact
This option is recommended because it updates existing contacts instead of creating duplicates.
Step 5: Connect Your Keap Account
Log into Keap when prompted
Authorize Zapier access
Select the correct account if needed
Step 6: Map Revscale Fields to Keap
You'll now match the incoming Revscale data to fields in Keap.
Core fields (must map):
Email → Email (primary identifier)
First Name → First Name
Last Name → Last Name
Common additional fields:
Phone → Phone
Company → Company
Campaign Name → Tag or Custom Field
Lead Source → Tag or Custom Field
Message/Notes → Notes
Best practice: Use email as the matching key — it reduces duplicates and ensures updates work correctly.
Step 7: Test the Action
Before going live:
Run the Zapier test
Confirm the contact appears correctly in Keap
Check:
field accuracy
tags/custom fields
duplicate handling
Step 8: Publish the Zap
Name the Zap clearly (e.g., Revscale → Keap Contact Sync)
Turn the Zap ON
From this point forward, new leads from Revscale will sync automatically into Keap.
