How it Works After a form (get a quote) is submitted on your website the agent (your Inquiry Qualifier) gets notified to engage with the submitter via email to try to qualify them and understand the scope of their inquiry. This means that you do not need to take any manual action on the initial inquiries you receive-this will be fully managed by the Inquiry Qualifier. By default, this agent is active 24/7, however this can be updated from your agent preferences. You can monitor this process from the Revscale platform within the Inquiry Qualifier tab as well as the CRM tab. Throughout this process, there will be 3 status categories to be aware of: <ul> <li>In Progress- The agent is working to qualify the Inquiry</li> <li>Qualified-The agent has qualified the Inquiry and has handed this off.</li> <li>Unable to qualify handed off- The agent was unable to qualify the Inquiry and has handed it off. What it does

The Inquiry Qualifier quickly replies to your website form submissions via email, qualifies leads based on their answers, and escalates them to you when needed.

How it Works

When a visitor submits the “Get a Quote” form on your website, the submission is sent to Gorilla Dash as an Inquiry. At this point, it is not attributed to Revscale. The Inquiry Qualifier is then notified to reach out to the submitter via email and begin qualifying the inquiry. You do not need to take any manual action at this stage—the agent fully manages the initial outreach and qualification attempt. You can monitor this activity within the Inquiry Qualifier tab or the CRM tab in Revscale, or view a high-level summary of activity in Gorilla Dash.

Inquiry Statuses

You will see inquiries categorized in the following ways:

In Progress – The agent is currently working to qualify the inquiry.
Qualified – The agent has qualified the inquiry and passed it along to you.
Partially Qualified- The agent has received some of the answers to your qualification questions but not all. Whenever this status is reached, it will be updated on the lead. After 24 hours in this status (without moving to fully qualified) you will receive a handoff email with this lead. It is not currently sent back to Gorilla Dash.

Web Pixel Agent

Navigate to the Web Pixel tab in the left-hand menu.
Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.

Inquiry Qualifier Agent

Navigate to the Inquiry Qualifier tab in the left-hand menu.
Click Preferences in the upper-right corner.
Select Unlink Account to disconnect the connected email.
Feel free to reconnect with the email of your choosing.

SignBot

Navigate to the SignBot tab in the left-hand menu.
Under Notifications, add or update the email address where alerts should be sent.

|| SignBot does not require an email account connection to function. Instead, you can configure an email notification address to receive alerts whenever your chatbot engages with a strong potential customer.

If you need to reconnect or update the email address used for your Inquiry Qualifier you can do so directly from your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.

Steps to Update Your Email

Log in to your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, open the Inquiry Qualifier dashboard.
In the upper-right corner, select the Preferences tab.
Click Reconnect next to the current connected email account.
Connect Email Account and sign in with your preferred email address.

Confirmation

After reconnecting, all automated responses sent by your Inquiry Qualifier agent will come from the newly connected email.

You may need to reconnect LinkedIn if:

You see a large red “Connect” button in the platform
Your LinkedIn bubble is not green
Your LinkedIn session expired or your credentials changed

1. Start the Connection

You can reconnect LinkedIn in either of the following ways:

Click the large red “Connect” button (if visible), or
Click the LinkedIn bubble icon in the platform

2. Select “Connect”

In the LinkedIn section, click Connect
Enter your LinkedIn login credentials

3. Choose Your Location

Select your Country
Select your Region
If your exact region is not listed, choose the closest geographically

4. Complete Two-Factor Authentication

Enter the two-factor verification code sent by LinkedIn This code may be sent to:
Your LinkedIn app
Your phone number
Your email
Click Submit

5. Confirm Successful Connection

Once verified:

Your LinkedIn bubble will turn green
