How do I reconnect the email used for the Inquiry Qualifier agent?

If you need to reconnect or update the email address used for your Inquiry Qualifier you can do so directly from your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.


Steps to Update Your Email

  1. Log in to your Revscale Client Portal Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, open the Inquiry Qualifier dashboard.
  3. In the upper-right corner, select the Preferences tab.
  4. Click Reconnect next to the current connected email account.
  5. Connect Email Account and sign in with your preferred email address.


Confirmation

After reconnecting, all automated responses sent by your Inquiry Qualifier agent will come from the newly connected email.
