The Web Pixel Agent tracks visitor behavior on your website and helps you engage with them in real time.


It shows:

  • What visitors are doing (pages, clicks, time on site)
  • Who is engaging and when
  • When to follow up for better timing
The goal: turn anonymous website traffic into actionable, high-intent leads.


How It Works

  • Tracks website activity (visits, clicks, time spent)
  • Identifies potential leads
  • Sends personalized outreach based on behavior
This gives you real-time insight instead of guessing what prospects want.


Setup & Onboarding

Step 1: Enable Visitor Outreach

  • Turn on Visitor Outreach
  • This allows the agent to send personalized follow-ups


Step 2: Connect Your Email

  • Integrate your email account
  • Required for sending tailored messages to visitors


Step 3: Install the WebPixel

  • Click View Code
  • Copy the tracking code
  • Add it to your website
If needed, share the install guide with your developer or webmaster


Dashboard Overview

Once installed, your dashboard will show:

  • Anonymous Visitors Identified
  • Visitors Contacted
  • Responses Received


Lead Insights

Click into any lead to view:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on site
  • Full activity journey
  • Message history

All outreach is personalized based on actual behavior.


Filters & Responses

  • See key details like time on site and inquiry intent


Preferences & Controls

Inside the Preferences tab:

  • Toggle Visitor Outreach on/off
  • Set follow-up timing (e.g., immediate, 15 min, 30 min)
  • Choose which pages to track or exclude
  • Enable weekly email reports


Best Practices

  • Ensure the pixel is installed correctly
  • Keep visitor outreach enabled for real-time engagement
  • Review high-intent visitors (long time on site, multiple pages)
  • Adjust follow-up timing based on your sales process
  • Use reports to stay consistent with follow-ups
