How to Set Up the Revscale AI Connector

How to connect your Revscale AI dashboard to ChatGPT so you can ask it questions about your agents, accounts, and leads directly from the chat interface.

Overview

You can integrate your Revscale AI dashboard into ChatGPT, or another AI interface such as Claude, so you can ask it questions and pull insights about your account directly from that chat window. This guide walks through connecting Revscale to ChatGPT as a custom plugin.

  1. Open Your Revscale Dashboard and click the Profile tab in the bottom left corner.

  2. Select AI Connectors.

  3. In the AI Connectors tab, choose ChatGPT or Claude. (This guide covers the ChatGPT process).

  4. Copy the Server URL shown for your chosen platform.

  5. Open Your Profile in ChatGPT at the lower left and click Settings.

  6. In the left hand menu, click Plugins

  7. Turn on Developer Mode, the last option in the Plugins menu. This lets you integrate RevScale into ChatGPT.

  8. Once Developer Mode is enabled, go back to the Plugins tab and select Browse Plugins

  9. Click the plus icon in the upper right corner.

  10. Name the tool, for example Revscale.

  11. Paste the server URL you copied earlier into the connection box.

  12. Upload the Revscale logo if you would like. (Optional)

  13. Tick the tick box for "I understand and want to continue", then click Create

  14. In the text box that opens, sign in with Revscale AI then Click Approve to connect the plugin to your current dashboard and sync it. Keep your dashboard open during this step so you do not have to log in again.

  15. Select Revscale AI from your plugins and start a new chat, You can ask ChatGPT questions about Revscale, such as:

    "What functions it can perform"

    "Agent and account context"

    "Support for connected agents" and

    "Lead data from your outbound campaigns"

    If you manage multiple accounts, you can ask questions across all of them without switching between accounts in the portal.

Best Practices

  • Keep your Revscale dashboard open in another tab while connecting, so the sign in and approval steps sync automatically instead of prompting a repeat login.

  • Start broad by asking what Revscale AI can do, then narrow your questions to agent context, account context, or lead data as needed.

  • If you manage multiple accounts, ask cross-account questions directly instead of switching between accounts in the portal.
