Overview
The Web Pixel Agent tracks visitor behavior on your website and helps you engage with them in real time.
It shows:
What visitors are doing (pages, clicks, time on site)
Who is engaging and when
When to follow up for better timing
The goal: turn anonymous website traffic into actionable, high-intent leads.
How It Works
Tracks website activity (visits, clicks, time spent)
Identifies potential leads
Sends personalized outreach based on behavior
This gives you real-time insight instead of guessing what prospects want.

Where to install it
Paste the tracking code on every page you want to track. Most sites do this once, sitewide, rather than page by page.
Recommended placement: inside the
<head>tag, or just before the closing</body>tag if your site doesn't allow header edits.WordPress: add it via a plugin like Insert Headers and Footers, or paste it into your theme's
header.php.Webflow: go to Site Settings → Custom Code, paste it into the Head Code section, then republish your site.
Shopify: uses a different setup (theme.liquid plus a Custom Pixel under Customer Events). See our Web Pixel Installation on Shopify guide.
Squarespace: uses Code Injection under Settings → Advanced. See our Squarespace pixel install guide.
Custom or developer-managed sites: add the code to your global layout or template file so it loads on every page.
Verify it's working
Refresh your live site after publishing the change.
Check back on the Web Pixel Agent dashboard. New visits should start appearing under Anonymous Visitors Identified within a few minutes.
Open your browser's developer console on your site and confirm there are no script errors related to the pixel.
