How to Install Your Revscale.ai Pixel on Squarespace

Install the Revscale X-Ray Pixel on a Squarespace site using Code Injection — including site-wide setup and per-page injection.

Written by Evette

You can use Code Injection in Squarespace to install your Revscale X-Ray Lead Generation Pixel and enhance your site with additional scripts like lead tracking, analytics, and more.

Before You Begin

  • Code Injection is available on Core, Plus, Advanced, Business, and all Commerce plans.

  • To inject JavaScript, wrap it with <script>...</script> tags.

  • For styling, use the Custom CSS Editor, not Code Injection.

  • Some Squarespace pages (like checkout or blog index pages) may limit or alter how your script behaves.

Step 1: Log Into Your Squarespace Account

Step 2: Navigate to Code Injection

  • From the Home Menu, click Settings

  • Scroll down and select Advanced

  • Click Code Injection

Step 3: Paste the Revscale Pixel Code

  • In the Header section, paste the full script you received from Revscale.ai.

Make sure it looks something like this:

<script> // Your Revscale X-Ray Pixel script here </script>

Step 4: Save Your Changes

  • Click Save in the top left corner of the screen to apply the changes across your site.

Step 5: Activate the Pixel in Revscale

Once the code is saved in Squarespace:

  • Log into your Revscale.ai account

  • Navigate to the Web Pixel agent

  • Go to the Preferences tab

  • Confirm the pixel code snippet matches what you installed, then enable outreach to begin tracking visitors and sending lead activity

Per-Page Injection

You can also inject code on a specific page:

  • Go to Pages > Hover over the page > Click ⚙️ (Settings)

  • Go to the Advanced tab

  • Use the Page Header Code Injection field

Troubleshooting Tips

If your preview breaks, you may see: "We detected an error loading your site preview..."

  • Click Disable Scripts in Preview at the bottom of the editor

  • Or manually type /safe after /config in the URL

Custom code is not officially supported by Squarespace. If needed, consult a Squarespace Expert or the Revscale support team.
